No return of merchandise will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be clearly marked on the package, or the package will be refused. Merchandise must be inspected immediately upon receipt. Customer Service must be notified of missing parts no more than 5 days after receipt and no returns will be accepted after 6 months from time of receipt. All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Additional charges equal to our estimated cost of restocking merchandise received in damaged condition may also be made. Product parts that are FREIGHT charges are not refundable or reimbursable. Missing parts must be reported.
Warranty is limited to repair or replacement of product, at FountainSpirit.com's option. FountainSpirit.com is not liable for any consequential damages. Warranty period is 6 months on pumps, one year on all other parts. No warranty exists on breakage, except during initial shipment. Warranty is void if pump is run without water, as this will damage the pump. Defective pumps must be returned via US mail and if found faulty will be replaced free of charge with postage credited. If the returned pump is not defective any replacement pumps will be charged to the customer.
