Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates are available for purchase on FountainSpirit.com and are redeemable for any item found on the Fountain Spirit website.  They can be purchased in specified amounts ranging from $20.00 to $500.00.  Note that Gift Certificates are not taxed and they do not incur any shipping charges to send them. 

All Gift Certificates are charged at the time your order ships. If the cost of the entire order is lower than the total amount of your Gift Certificate, your credit card will not be charged.  Your credit card will only be charged if the final price of your order is greater than the total amount of the Gift Certificate.

How to Purchase a Gift Certificate

You can purchase a Gift Certificate by contacting our sales department at XXX-XXX-XXXX or by purchasing it directly on our website like any other item we sell.  When ordering on our website simply select the Gift Certificate, indicate the exact amount you would like the gift certificate issued for and place it in the shopping cart, and finally proceed through the order process. 

Delivery of Gift Certificates

Gift Certificates usually ship within 48 hours via standard delivery.  They should arrive within 3-5 business days. 

Rush delivery is also available for a nominal fee with Gift Certificates arriving in 2-3 business days.  If you want rush delivery please specify your request when you call our sales team.

Gift Certificates Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all gift certificates purchased or used on our website:

1. Gift Certificates are not returnable, cannot be used to pay a bill or to purchase another gift certificate, and are not transferable to orders already placed.
2. Gift Certificates can only be redeemed on the site purchased.
3. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash or credit except where required by law.
4. You can use up to four gift certificates per order maximum.
5. Sales tax will not be charged on the purchase of Gift Certificates.  If applicable, sales tax will be charged on items purchased using a Gift Certificate
6. All Gift Certificates are deemed purchased in the state of New York.  Expiration date does not apply in any other states where prohibited by law.
7. The risk of loss and title to such items pass over to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission to the recipient or delivery to the carrier, whichever is applicable.
8. All gift certificates including unused portions expire two years from the date of issuance.
